There are three levels of membership of The HuD Group:
a. Provisional Membership (first year);
b. Penultimate Membership (second year; i.e. if one qualifies after the first year's evaluation); and
c. Permanent Membership (after third year; 'shareholder' status).
1. There shall be on-going, periodic evaluation and assessment by HR at various times throughout the year. Your feelings and perceptions regarding your place in The Group will be very much treasured.

2. After a year's assessment, based on your maintenance of the three (3) criteria for membership (which includes living The HuD Culture), you may either: (1) Progress to the next stage of membership or (2) Offered an additional year to prove yourself or (3) Be relieved of your membership.

3. By the end of the first one-year period, you should have attended at least one session each on Leadership and Financial Education

4. By the end of the first one-year period you should have read :
i. The Holy Bible (cover-to-cover or more than half way through)
ii. At least half of The HuD Group's publications, and
iii. At least four of the following books (one under each category: spiritual, leadership, relationships, investment/business):
a. The Purpose-driven Life (Spiritual)
b. God-chasers (Spiritual)
c. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
(The first part: Portion on Personal Leadership)
d. The 21 Irrefutable/Laws of Leadership (Inter-personal Leadership)
e. Choosing God's Best/I kissed Dating Goodbye (Relationships)
f. How to Win Friends and Influence People (Relationships)
g. Rich Dad Poor Dad (Investment)
h. The E-Myth (Business)

*By the time anyone applies for Permanent Membership the fellow should have read through the Bible cover-to-cover at least once and read ALL of The HuD Group's titles as well as each of the above-listed books.

4. To qualify for the next level of membership in any year one must have attended and at least half of the year's monthly HuDdle meetings.

5. Yearly renewal of Membership is required.

6. In the third year, after at least two (2) years of consistent, impressive provisional and Penultimate Membership, one is qualified for Permanent Membership of The HuD Group. Permanent Membership will be confirmed (or otherwise) after the third year.

Note: Your membership may not be renewed if HR/The HuD ClinicŪ deems it that you have not satisfactorily fulfilled your commitments to the Group.
